6) Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your agreement.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
Based on the System Operating pricing model, users are entitled to a certain number of token usage and storage. Should the user exceed the allocated amount, they will receive notification and additional payment will be required in order to maintain use through the relevant calendar month. Allocations reset upon the commencement of the new calendar month.
7) Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 98% uptime for the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
Artificial intelligence and language models are improving in accuracy, reliability and safety. When you use our Service, you acknowledge and agree:
- Outputs may not always be accurate and may contain material inaccuracies even if they appear accurate because of their level of detail or specificity.
- You should not rely on any Outputs or Actions without independently confirming their accuracy.
- The Services and any Outputs may not reflect correct, current, or complete information.
8) Data Protection
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Users may be asked to give consent for the collection and processing of data where applicable. If users decline to give permission for data processing, certain features of the Service may be rendered unavailable.
9) Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:
- You breach these Terms
- Your account is inactive for 12 months
- Required by law or regulatory authority
- To protect the Service or other users
